Return Policy

Any issue for our outdoor products, please contact us (deeray@newoutdoortactical.com) to solve within 30 days of date of purchase.

To return an item as a result of a seller error, we will make corresponding compensation, including but not limited to discount for the next order, sending equivalent coupons, returning 1%-100% of the payment.The maximum amount of refund will not exceed the amount specified in the order, and the part beyond the order amount requested will not be supported.Once the returned merchandise is received, we will inform you and check all products and arrange to refund. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.

As a responsible seller, we will be responsible for the products we sell. For product returns that are not a result of a seller error, we don’t accept any reason return.

Excluded From Coverage Are Following:

Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.

Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.

Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.

Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

The display of product color will depend on your individual monitor and seller cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If the buyer and the seller haven't reached relevant agreement, buyer are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

DEERAY OUTDOOR TACTICAL may refuse to accept or may cancel any order if buyer have any insulted, reviled sellers and violated Chinese laws and regulations, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, we will issue you a refund.

DEERAY OUTDOOR TACTICAL reserves the right to refuse any order. Catalog pricing cannot be guaranteed as prices are subject to change based upon manufacturer price increases and market changes. We will not be responsible for errors in printing that lead to incorrect pricing.

We often modify our website and modify settings on our server to improve and speed up your shopping experience. As such, sometimes these changes will lead to erroneous information about availability, color, sizing, prices, etc. being posted on our website incorrectly for a short period of time. We will not honor orders placed with incorrect information in regards to sizing, availability, pricing, etc. We will immediately cancel the order, refund the funds and notify you of the situation and work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
