Once receiving your email, we will contact you and send you all details including products, shipping, and duty information.

What Is The Timeline For International Delivery?

The standard time to allow for exported products is:

1. Check all products details with 1-3 business days

2. About 3-7 days for sample after receipt of Purchase order, Artwork and Deposit

3. About 10-30 days for mass production after approval of sample (can be longer if custom molds or extremely high quantities are required)

4. About 7-10 day Business express; 30-60 days Sea transit

5. About 3-7 days Customs clearance  (Need customer assistance )

6. Standard ground transit time to final destination.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If the buyer and the seller haven't reached relevant agreement, buyer are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

How Can I Track My Sample/Bulk Order?

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. We will send you an initial confirmation email when your order is placed, and second email when your order ships. The order shipment email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your package through your order's journey. Any delay we will inform you advance.

Out-of-Stock Products

Usually, products will be sent within 5-7 days or according other agreed delivery time if full payment arrived. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. After reach agreement, order will be processed according new date.

Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses?

You cannot ship to multiple addresses within the same order. The country of your shipping destination country must match to order showed. (such as Invoice address/Paypal address)

Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

After you place an order, you are not permitted to modify your order. Any emergency situation please inform seller within 2 working days after payment done and before package sent. (In the absence of fault on the part of the seller, the loss from seller maybe need be worked out.)
