Talc Powder Grinding Process:
Stage 1: crushing
The raw talc is crushed to the fineness (15mm-35mm) that can enter the grinding machine by the crushing machine.
Stage 2: grinding
The crushed talc particles is transported to the bin by the bucket elevator and then transported to the remond mill orultrafine millgrinding room evenly by the electromagnetic vibration feeder.

Stage 3: classification
The talc after grinding is graded by the separator, and the unqualified powder is graded by the separator and returned to the main machine for grinding again.
Stage 4: powdercollecting
The powder that conforms to fineness enters the dust collector through the air pipe for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished material bin by the conveying device , and then packaged by the powder filling car or automatic packing machine.
