The calculating pressure of bending machine is based on the tensile strength of sheet metal. If you have different sheet properties, although the calculation is the same, the actual force required is naturally different.

  If the external factors are the same, the problem of bending machine can be adjusted in two places, one is to adjust the tensile strength of the inner panel of the system, the other is to adjust the DA value in the system settings. Because I don't know what system you are using, I can't tell you the specific method.

  However, this problem is not necessarily completely abnormal, long-term overload work, or unstable external power supply, or increased friction of machine tool components may lead to this phenomenon, we must pay attention to more maintenance!
